3. Via Account: Log into your ITACO account and cancel from order history

Please include: Order Number, Name, Reason for cancellation, and Contact details.

4. Non-Cancellable Items

The following orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed:

• Custom-formulated or specialty lubricants
• Bulk orders exceeding 500 units
• Orders already in transit
• Products specifically sourced for your order
• Hazardous materials once shipped

5. Cancellation by ITACO

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Shipping restrictions to your location
• Force majeure events

In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
